ABBOTSFORD – Legendary TV and stand-up comedian Jerry Seinfeld will make another stop in Abbotsford during his latest world tour.

Officials with Abbotsford Centre say the “Jerry Seinfeld Live” show will happen on April 25, with tickets going on sale next week.

The New York-born jokester is best known for the sitcom that bore his name, which aired on NBC between 1989 and 1998 and earned him a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in 1995.

Abbotsford’s Arts Centre played host to the comedian back in 2017, the same year Rolling Stone named him the 7th-greatest stand-up comedian of all time.

The 70-year-old kicked off his current tour last June in Singapore and will perform shows in Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal during the second week of January.

Presale for the event begins Wednesday, December 4, at 10 a.m. PT, with the general sale starting Friday, December 6.

Ticket prices have not yet been revealed on Ticketmaster’s website.

Tickets for Toronto’s show at Scotiabank Arena, which is generally sold out, saw the lowest ticket price check in at $76 when first put on sale.
