MISSION — Mission RCMP arrested a 50-year-old Mission woman after she allegedly hit two parked cars, grazed the side of a building and crashed into a pole last week in Mission, and refused to submit a breath sample.

On Wednesday, August 30, multiple witnesses contacted the Mission RCMP detachment after an older motorhome with mismatched license plates ran into parked cars on 1st Avenue, continued driving, scraped the side of a building and crashed into a pole on North Railway Avenue.

According to a statement from the Mission RCMP Facebook page, the 50-year-old female driver from Mission was found to be a prohibited driver. On top of that, RCMP allege she showed signs of impaired driving.

The woman was taken to hospital for assessment, and was subsequently arrested after she refused to provide police with a breath sample.
