KELOWNA — RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating an 81-year-old man with dementia.
Police say he left his supportive housing unit in the 45000 block of Yale Road, on December 15. He was upset. When officials at the home noticed he hadn’t returned, they contacted police.
It’s believed Benjamin Archie may have decided to walk or hitchhike to Kamloops. He’s done this previously as well.
He was last seen wearing white running shoes, blue jeans, a beige puffy coat, a yellow high visibility vest and a red ball cap. Police in Kelowna have received information suggesting Archie may be in the Kelowna area.
