UPDATE: AbbyPD locate missing 22-year-old man

Update 1:24 p.m.: Abbotsford police say the missing person has now been safely located by patrol officers, thanks to a call from a citizen reporting a suspicious vehicle later confirmed to be the 22-year-old’s.

All identifiying information has been removed for privacy reasons.
