CHILLIWACK — A Chilliwack RCMP spokesperson says police attended a downtown Chilliwack meat store Sunday morning (Nov. 16) for a report of mischief involving damage to an outside window.

Over the weekend, Tydel Foods owner Brigida Crosbie disseminated an appeal on her Facebook page asking for help in identifying the suspect who caused damage to her business.

RCMP spokesperson Sgt. Alexandra Mulvihill says police were called to the business at 45766 Patten Avenue early Sunday morning for a report of a mischief at the location. There was no entry gained and the premise was secure.

When provided with a still image of a suspect outside the business, Sgt. Mulvihill said, “I can confirm that is the description we have on file of a possible suspect. The window wasn’t smashed. There was a crack in it according to our file.”
