CHILLIWACK — Chilliwack fire crews were called to the Annis Road overpass mid-Monday morning after a two-vehicle incident.
According to scanner traffic, Chilliwack Engines 1, 2, 4, Tender 2 and Popkum Fire were paged for 2-vehicle MVI (motor vehicle incident) on the Annis Road overpass at 10:03 a.m. Due to the location, Popkum Fire crews later stood down.
Firefighters later advised dispatch that two vehicles were not drivable on the overpass.
A single RCMP unit arrived on scene at approximately 10:19 a.m.
