Charges laid against Surrey man, Harinder Singh Sahota, for break and enter, assault
SURREY — Mounties in Surrey say charges have been laid against 38-year-old Harinder Singh Sahota for his alleged role in a series of incidents and collisions involving break and enter, multiple assaults and dangerous operation of a vehicle that allegedly occurred in Surrey and Delta on Saturday night, Sept. 16.
According to Corporal Vanessa Munn of the Surrey RCMP, 38-year-old Harinder Singh Sihota is charged with numerous offences including:
- Break and enter;
- Three counts of Assault;
- Fail to stop; and
- Dangerous operation of a conveyance.
The investigation continues and is being led by the Surrey RCMP Criminal Collision Investigation Team (CCIT). Investigators are working to determine a complete timeline of the incidents which resulted in several collisions in Surrey and Delta, damage to numerous vehicles, and serious injuries to one vehicle occupant.
