Chilliwack industrial project nears sales phase ahead of anticipated occupancy in spring 2027

CHILLIWACK – A 10-unit industrial warehouse project under construction just off Yale Road in Chilliwack will soon hit the market with sales pricing.
The Hocking Business Park announced on social media this past week that contracted crews have been working diligently this past week to advance the project toward its occupancy date of spring 2027.
The project at 45786 Hocking Avenue in Chilliwack is zoned service industrial, or M2, which offers a wide range of uses and opportunities. It broke ground earlier this year.
