Even more traffic pattern changes on Highway 1 in Abbotsford

ABBOTSFORD — As crews work on one end of Highway 1 near Langley, another set of traffic pattern changes is coming to the stretch of highway at Mount Lehman Road this weekend.

The westbound Fraser Highway on-ramp to Highway 1 will be closed from 9 p.m. tonight (Sept. 11) to 7:30 a.m. on Sunday as part of ongoing highway widening and structure improvements on the corridor.

Drivers will be detoured through the westbound Mount Lehman Road on-ramp, but all other ramps will remain open.

More overnight traffic diversions will be in place from Monday to Thursday, between 9 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., during which eastbound Highway 1 traffic from west of Mount Lehman Road to east of Fraser Highway will cross over and travel westbound, with one lane in each direction.
