Impaired Abbotsford driver crashes into 3 other vehicles, including semi-truck

ABBOTSFORD — Police in Abbotsford are now seeking witnesses to a multi-car crash that started with a Chevrolet Spark Thursday night (Aug. 20).

At around 10:41 p.m., AbbyPD patrol officers responded to the collision eastbound on Highway 1, at the Bradner Road rest area, and found “several” vehicles with heavy damage.

“The collision occurred after a red Chevrolet Spark struck three other vehicles, including a semi-truck,” said the Abbotsford Police Department. 

“Fortunately, the occupants of the other involved vehicles sustained only minor injuries and did not require transportation to hospital.”
