ABBOTSFORD – Police in Abbotsford say speed was a factor in a single-vehicle rollover Tuesday night that damaged three other vehicles and an electrical box.

Alicia Pastro, spokesperson for the Abbotsford Police Department, says patrol officers were called to the 32000 block of Oak Avenue after getting a report of a single-vehicle rollover crash at about 7:01 p.m.

The vehicle rolled over after striking another vehicle. Police determined speed was a contributing factor. During the incident, two other parked vehicles and an electrical box were also damaged, Pastro confirmed.

The driver sustained minor injuries. Since the investigation concluded the collision was not criminal in nature, the driver was issued a violation ticket pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Act.
