CHILLIWACK — An intense, dramatic ballet is soaring its way onto the Chilliwack stage this January.
The Royal Winnipeg Ballet (RWB) is coming to town on January 29 with its iconic performance of Carmina Burana – an adaptation of Carl Orff’s cantata on fate and human desire.
“It’s a work that demands everything of its dancers and leaves audiences exhilarated, moved, and inspired—proving why it remains a standout in the RWB’s repertoire,” said the Chilliwack Cultural Centre.
Internationally acclaimed artist Mauricio Wainrot had been tasked with choreographing the ballet.
