CHILLIWACK — A colourful circus of rhythm and dance is coming to town this October at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre.
On October 16, renowned Cirque du Soleil alumnus Yamoussa Bangoura takes the stage with Kalabanté Productions for Afrique en Cirque — a celebration of African heritage and contemporary performances woven together with the North American circus arts.
“This dazzling performance will transport you into a vibrant world inspired by the rich stories of African youth, blending modern circus with pulsating live music and breathtaking acrobatics,” wrote the Centre.
