Hope RCMP determined to find missing 52-year-old woman
HOPE — The Hope RCMP detachment has not given up hope in its effort to locate a 52-year-old missing woman despite an extensive search by Mounties in Hope, Hope Search and Rescue and the Lower Mainland Integrated Police Dog Services unit.
In a news release from RCMP Sgt. Krista Vrolyk, media relations spokesperson for the Upper Fraser Valley Regional Detachment, Mounties in Hope are asking for any tips and information that may help them as they seek to locate 52-year-old Lizann Hirsche, who was reported missing to the Abbotsford Police Department on Sunday, July 30.
Her vehicle was located in the parking lot of the Othello Tunnels in Hope the following day.
An extensive search of the area by Hope Search and Rescue, Hope RCMP, the Lower Mainland District Integrated Police Dog Services has yet to locate Hirsche, Sgt. Vrolyk reported.
