Abbotsford PD seeks suspect who allegedly smashed car windows

ABBOTSFORD — The Abbotsford Police Department is appealing to the public for help in identifying a man who allegedly smashed the windows of two parked vehicles over the weekend.

According to a social media post from the department, a man walked through the 34800 block of Champlain Crescent and allegedly smashed the windows of two vehicles parked in a residential driveway. The incident happened on Saturday, September 6 just before 11 a.m.

Police suspect the man’s actions were random, and investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect, who was wearing sunglasses, a hat, is bearded, and appears to be in his 40s or 50s.
