Meet Lexi, voted the Fraser Valley’s Cutest Pet, sponsored by The Scruffy Tail

CHILLIWACK — After hundreds of contest entries received from Chilliwack and the surrounding communities were narrowed down to just six finalists, an Australian shepherd dog named Lexi has been voted the Fraser Valley’s Cutest Pet in a winter 2023 contest from 89.5 JR Country and Fraser Valley Today, sponsored by The Scruffy Tail.

Lexi and her owner Christina received a $500 pet prize package from The Scruffy Tail, located at 104-45800 Promontory Road in Chilliwack.

According to a description from Christina, Lexi is a one-year-old toy Australian shepherd who loves being dressed up. From dresses to sweaters, to track suits and jean jackets, there’s little that Lexi doesn’t like to wear.

Her fashion tastes take a back seat, however, when it comes to her favourite pastime – chasing the household cat around the house and “herding” her to wherever Lexi thinks the cat should go.
