Abbotsford intersection closed Wednesday afternoon after serious crash involving motorcycle

ABBOTSFORD – An intersection in Abbotsford has been closed Wednesday afternoon after a serious crash involving a motorcycle.

In a brief statement posted at 4:29 p.m. Wednesday (Sept. 9), the Abbotsford PD says its officers are currently on scene of a serious collision involving a motorcycle at George Ferguson Way and Gladys Ave.

Traffic has been shut down in all directions.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area.

The Pulse Point app indicates at least five ambulances were notified about the motor vehicle incident, including four from Abbotsford and an air ambulance.
