CHILLIWACK — Environment Canada has revised its forecast of snow for Friday (Dec. 2), saying instead that there is only a 60 per cent chance of snow.

Up until Thursday morning, Environment Canada had been calling for flurries during the day on Friday and snow at night.

The national weather forecaster now says it will be cloudy on Friday and only a 60 per cent chance of snow at night.

Similarly, Environment Canada released an Arctic outflow advisory Thursday saying that wind chill values will hover around -19 Celsius tonight and Friday night. It says frostbite and hypothermia can occur within minutes if adequate precautions are not exercised when outdoors.
