Chilliwack RCMP renew appeal for missing 60-year-old man amid ongoing outreach efforts

CHILLIWACK — Police in Chilliwack are putting out another appeal to the public for a missing 60-year-old man who was last seen driving in his brown 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt one day after Christmas last month.

According to a statement from the Chilliwack RCMP detachment, Brian Sicard remains missing despite ongoing police efforts and outreach to the public.

Chilliwack RCMP spokesperson Corporal Carmen Kiener says there have been no confirmed sightings of Mr. Sicard or his vehicle, which has a B.C. license plate of A303CE.

A stock photo of a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt that most closely resembles the vehicle Mr. Sicard was last seen driving.

Both investigators and his family continue to be worried for his well-being, as Mr. Sicard requires essential daily medication and has been out of contact for an extended period which is unusual.

Police say Mr. Sicard is a Caucasian male, 5’9″ tall, approximately 150 pounds, who wears glasses.

Anyone who may have seen Mr. Sicard or his vehicle, or has information relevant to his whereabouts, is asked to contact the Chilliwack RCMP at 604‑792‑4611 and reference file 2025‑45708.

Police say even small pieces of information can assist in locating him. Should anyone wish to remain anonymous, they can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
