Chilliwack RCMP says property missing from a Yale Road business has been recovered

CHILLIWACK — Property that had been reported missing from a Chilliwack business on Yale Road has been returned, Chilliwack RCMP announced Tuesday afternoon (Nov. 1).

Earlier this week, Mounties had asked for the public’s help in identifying a male seen leaving a business in the 45000 block of Yale Road, back on September 24. The name of the business was not identified.

In an update Tuesday, Corporal Martin Godard thanked the public for their help in getting the property back to its original owner.

“We greatly appreciate the assistance from the public in our efforts to reunite the property with its owner” said Cpl. Martin Godard, media spokesperson for the Chilliwack RCMP. “The property has been returned. Thank you to the public for their quick assistance.”
