Car in a ditch slows Hwy. 1 traffic through Chilliwack Tuesday morning

CHILLIWACK – A motor vehicle incident in which a vehicle wound up in the centre median is slowing traffic on Highway 1 through Chilliwack Tuesday morning.

DriveBC reported at 7:06 a.m. Tuesday that traffic control crews are now on scene blocking the westbound left shoulder near Lickman Road (Exit 116).

DriveBC says the eastbound left lane remains blocked by emergency crews.

Motorists should anticipate delays in both directions. DriveBC asks motorists to continue to use caution when passing.
