ABBOTSFORD — Traffic has been bumper-to-bumper on parts of Lower Mainland roads after dump truck drivers organized a slow-moving convoy from Abbotsford to Vancouver this morning (Sept. 25).
A poster from the public Facebook group “Dump Truck Life in Vancouver, BC Canada” said the route will be running from Highway 1 in Abbotsford to Hastings Street in Vancouver.

While the poster initially called for fair wages, videos posted online also showed trucks with banners asking to cut fuel costs and set “our own” rates.
