Surrey Police issue warning about another high-risk offender in the community

he must keep the peace and be of good behaviour;
he must reside at a place approved of by a Probation Officer and must not change that residence or be absent more than 24 hours from that residence without prior written permission of a Probation Officer;
he must remain in the Province of British Columbia unless prior written permission to go outside the province is obtained from the Court;
he must have no contact, direct or indirect, with any of the victims of offences for which he has been convicted or any known members of their immediate families;
he shall not attend within 300 meters of any known residence, place of employment or educational facility of any of the victims or witnesses of offences for which you have been convicted or any known members of their immediate families;
he must be fitted with electronic monitoring equipment and comply with the electronic supervision agreement, including the wearing of and care for the electronic supervision equipment;
he will have a curfew from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am;
he must not consume or possess alcohol or any controlled substances;
he must not possess directly or indirectly any weapon as defined by the Criminal Code; and
he must not possess any knives.

Muzychka will be the subject of electronic monitoring. S/Sgt. Houghton says investigators from SPS’s Prolific Offender Unit will continue to monitor and ask anyone who sees him breaching his release conditions to immediately call 9-1-1.

Yesterday, SPS warned the public that 26-year-old Skylar Wayne Pelletier would be living in the community. Police say he has a history of violent and sexual offences towards people, including offences towards women.
