Repeat offender arrested for robbery after stealing a woman’s vehicle at knifepoint Tuesday night
ABBOTSFORD – Police in Abbotsford say a 32-year-old repeat offender has been charged after he allegedly stole a woman’s vehicle at knifepoint Tuesday night.
In a statement, the Abbotsford PD says patrol officers responded to a robbery just before 10 p.m. Tuesday (July 21) in the 2800 block of Livingstone Avenue, where a woman had her vehicle stolen at knifepoint. While she was understandably shaken by the incident, police confirmed she was not physically injured.
Responding officers quickly located the stolen vehicle on Clearbrook Road near Highway 1, initiated a vehicle stop, and arrested the suspect.
Prolific offender Justin Brown-Henderson, a 32-year-old man known to police, has been charged with robbery, theft of a motor vehicle and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
