Chililwack RCMP continue search for missing 28-year-old man

CHILLIWACK — Police in Chilliwack are providing an update to the search for missing Vancouver resident Taetm Moon.

RCMP say the 28-year-old, last seen on May 26, may have recently been in the Surrey area, as well as travelled between North Vancouver, on the North Shore and Pemberton.

Moon is described as an Indigenous man standing at 5’11” and 181 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a goatee.

He was last seen wearing a plaid sweater, black shorts and beige suede shoes.

“Since Taetm Moon’s disappearance, police have followed up on several leads and possible sightings, however Taetm remains missing,” said Corporal Carmen Kiener with the Upper Fraser Valley RCMP detachment.

“Police are very concerned for Taetm’s health and well-being and friends and family report that it is out of character for him to be out of contact for this long.”
