UPDATE: Abbotsford PD says missing 15-year-old has been located safe

UPDATE: As of 5:40 p.m. Tuesday evening, the Abbotsford PD now says the missing 15-year-old teen has been located safe. “Earlier this afternoon, missing person Jack Terpstra was located safe. A huge thank‑you to everyone who assisted and kept an eye out. The original post has now been removed.”
