Chilliwack RCMP investigating theft of $100,000 skid steer from Ryder Lake property

CHILLIWACK — Mounties in Chilliwack are appealing to the public for help following the theft of a skid steer from a Ryder Lake property in late August.

According to a statement from police, the incident happened between 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, August 28 and 6:15 a.m. on Friday morning, August 29 in front of 47700 Elkview Road in Chilliwack.

The Chilliwack RCMP is seeking public assistance following the theft of a skid steer from the road in front of 47700 Elkview Road, Chilliwack B.C.

The brand new skid steer is estimated at approximately $100,000, and was equipped with a skid steer sweeper attachment. The loader bears a Cooper Rentals sticker, which may help in identifying it.
