Crash site of missing helicopter located near Revelstoke

REVELSTOKE — Revelstoke RCMP have confirmed a helicopter, reported missing Friday evening has been found at the scene of the crash.
The crash site was located Sunday (Jan. 7) in Glacier National Park, northeast of Revelstoke.
One person, the sole occupant of the helicopter was found dead at the scene of the crash.
The RCMP is working with the federal Transportation Safety Board and the BC Coroners Service to determine the cause of the crash.
