Public asked to help locate missing Surrey man

UPDATE: Dec. 29 — RCMP in Surrey have located the 23-year-old man who was reported missing December 24, 2023. Mounties thanked the media, the public and its policing partners for assistance in locating the man.

His name and image has been removed for privacy reasons.
