CHILLIWACK — Over 250 customers in downtown Chilliwack near District 1881 have been without power since 7:33 a.m. Thursday morning.
According to the B.C. Hydro website, the impacted area covers Five Corners, Young Road and Yale Road, as well as south of Yale Road, east of Young Road, west of Williams Street, and north of Gore Avenue.
Exactly 254 customers have no power.
The cause is under investigation. Crews are on their way and are expected to arrive at 9:15 a.m.
