Not to be outdone, Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre increases its hours as well

CHILLIWACK — Just hours after the Cheam Leisure Centre in Garrison announced expanded service on Tuesday (Mar. 14), including expanded hours on Saturday and Sunday, the Chilliwack Leisure Landing Centre wrote on Facebook that it is also adding more hours to better serve its patrons.
The Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre wrote on Facebook that it will now be open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, starting Monday, March 20.
The Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre was previously open Monday to Thursday from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Friday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Sunday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (weight room only).
Cheam Leisure Centre will also increase its hours starting Monday, March 20. The city-owned, YMCA-operated facility will be open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
