Chilliwack RCMP invites little “Crime Fighters” to detachment on Halloween for photo ops in police cars

CHILLIWACK — If your child is dressing up as a police officer, a super hero, or any character for that matter on Halloween, the Upper Fraser Valley Regional Detachment on Airport Road in Chilliwack has a pretty cool photo opportunity for parents this coming Monday.
If you’re in the neighbourhood on Monday afternoon, October 31, the Chilliwack RCMP says that it’s “in search of new recruits this Halloween,” it wrote on Twitter Thursday morning.
It invites all “crime fighters” to come by the Chilliwack detachment, located at 45924 Airport Road, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. for a photo op in a police car.
It says all costumes are welcome, even firefighters.
