SURREY — A man who has been found guilty of two targeted shooting deaths in Surrey has now pleaded guilty to a third – manslaughter.

In April 2022, Surrey RCMP responded to shots being fired at a home near 24 Avenue and 152A Street, and found 33-year-old David Goldstein with critical injuries.

Goldstein succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) was called in as a result.

BC Prosecution approved one count of first-degree murder against Bryce Dallas Campbell in November 2023, and on October 9 this year, he pleaded guilty to manslaughter at the Supreme Court of BC in New Westminster.

“Securing this conviction against Mr. Campbell was made possible by the specialized resources at IHIT, the persistence shown by the investigators, and our ability to work with our partner agencies,” says Sgt. Freda Fong of IHIT.

“It is our hope that today’s proceedings will help the victim’s family in their healing journey. We are grateful for their trust and support throughout this investigation.”

This charge comes only months after he was found guilty of second-degree murder for the shooting deaths of Jordan Krishna and Robeen Soreni, as well as one count of attempted murder for Harbir Khosa during an incident in July 2022.

The 28-year-old was already behind bars throughout the court proceedings for a separate charge in 2023, in which he was sentenced to 22 months in jail for participating in the assault of another Surrey man, court documents show.
