BLAINE, WASHINGTON — The chief patrol agent for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Blaine claims a Canadian murderer and drug trafficker was caught sneaking into the U.S. from Canada illegally earlier this week.

According to a social media post from Rosario Pete Vasquez dated Tuesday, September 2, U.S. CBP asserts that Sukhvir Singh Badhesa, a convicted murderer and drug trafficker from Canada, was arrested on Monday by Blaine Station agents after he illegally entered the U.S near Blaine, Washington, located south of Surrey.

“Keeping dangerous individuals out and protecting the nation. He will now undergo removal proceedings,” Chief Patrol Agent Vasquez said.

In a separate social media post, Vasquez said the U.S. border remains closed to illegal entry.
