
Two people hospitalized after stabbings in Langley: RCMP
LANGLEY — Mounties in Langley say a 33-year-old man has been arrested after two people were stabbed early Thursday morning (May 15).
According to a statement from Sgt. Zynal Sharoom, Langley RCMP members responded to a report of a disturbance in the 19800 block of 56 Avenue. On arrival, officers found and identified two individuals who had been stabbed. Police immediately provided first aid before the two victims were transported to local area hospitals for further assessment.
Police have not indicated whether the stabbings were targeted.
A 33-year-old Langley man has been arrested and remains in police custody in connection to this incident. The investigation is in its early stages and officers continue to gather details and additional information from the scene, according to Sgt. Sharoom.
