Chilliwack mall kiosk closes amid 2 pending store closures

CHILLIWACK — In the midst of two pending store closures, another store has closed at Cottonwood Centre mall in Chilliwack.

Virgin Mobile, which had operated a kiosk near Coles and Bootlegger, has permanently closed its location, according to multiple signs encircling the retail counter.

Virgin Mobile customers can head to the Bell store in the mall for assistance, or visit the Bell store at 8249 Eagle Landing Parkway in Chilliwack.

The two stores set to close soon are Ricki’s and Bootlegger. However, Bootlegger is seeking temporary help as it wraps up its operation at Cottonwood, according to a sign on its storefront Friday morning.

SnoreMD, a sleep apnea clinic, may tentatively open in spring 2025 in the current mall office next to TD Bank, according to an August 2024 email from Mark Davis, general manager of the leasing company that manages the mall.
