CHILLIWACK — A 50-year-old woman reported missing over the weekend by Mounties in Chilliwack has been sadly located deceased.

According to a brief statement from B.C. RCMP, Chastity Cormier was reported missing on Saturday. She has now been located deceased. Her death is not considered suspicious.

“The RCMP offers its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased,” police said Wednesday.

Cormier was reported missing by Chilliwack RCMP but was known to frequent the area of Guildford area of Surrey and Maple Ridge.
