Chilliwack RCMP breaking down barriers with the help of donuts
CHILLIWACK — The Chilliwack RCMP Schools and Youth Team has been making its rounds in local secondary schools armed with donuts and a commitment to open dialogue.
Throughout January and February, officers have engaged with students, creating conversations that delve into various topics, from criminal law to the intricacies of being an RCMP officer. The initiative, named “Donut with a Cop,” is a unique approach to breaking down barriers between law enforcement and youth.
