CHILLIWACK — As students recess from school for the Christmas break, Chilliwack-Hope MP Mark Strahl will hold his annual New Year’s Skating Party next week at the Chilliwack Coliseum.
Families and Chilliwack residents alike are invited to join Strahl for this free community skate on Friday, January 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Chilliwack Coliseum. There are no admission fees, and there will be free snacks and refreshments. Skate rentals will be available for a nominal fee.
“Even if you don’t skate, come by for a visit with your friends and neighbours,” Strahl wrote in an emailed letter to Chilliwack constituents.
