Chilliwack RCMP seeks public’s help in identifying witness

CHILLIWACK — The Chilliwack RCMP is reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying a key witness as part of an ongoing investigation.

On November 27 at approximately 2:15 PM, a compassionate female driving a silver SUV stopped to aid a mother and her young child in the vicinity of Portage Park in Chilliwack.

Investigators believe that the unidentified female may possess vital information crucial to advancing their ongoing investigation. The Chilliwack RCMP is asking her to come forward to share her account of the incident. Additionally, investigators are appealing to motorists who were in the area around the time of the incident to provide any dashcam footage they might have.
