Former restaurant explodes in Prince George, injures 3 Tuesday morning
PRINCE GEORGE — Update: RCMP say three people were injured in this morning’s blast, one of whom had serious injuries though they say it’s still too early to pinpoint a cause.
“We have been informed that hydro in the area has been shut down and will remain that way for an undetermined amount of time,” says RCMP.
Earlier: There were multiple injuries after a building exploded in downtown Prince George Tuesday morning.
“We have been informed that hydro in the area has been shut down and will remain that way for an undetermined amount of time. Northern Health had confirmed that three people were transported to hospital this morning, only one of whom had serious injuries. It is still too early into this event to determine any cause,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.
