CHILLIWACK — Five bucks doesn’t go quite as far as it once did, but it’ll still get you a delicious breakfast on Canada Day this Saturday, July 1 courtesy of the Kiwanis clubs of Sardis and Chilliwack.
The non-profit service club invites Chilliwack residents to join them for its annual pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Evergreen Hall, 9291 Corbould Street, in Chilliwack.
For only $5, breakfast consists of two pancakes, two sausages, and coffee (even a refill or two). Local dignitaries will be on hand alongside representatives from the Chilliwack RCMP and Special Olympics.
The Chilliwack community band will play from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
