Police in Surrey warn public about dangerous high-risk sex offender in the community
SURREY – Police in Surrey are warning the public that a 26-year-old man who has a history of violent and sexual offences towards people will be living in the community.
In a statement from Surrey Police Service S/Sgt. Lindsey Houghton, police say Skylar Wayne Pelletier is a designated high-risk offender who has a history of violent and sexual offences towards people, including offences towards females.
Police say Pelletier is a 26-year-old Indigenous male standing 6’2” tall who has a heavy build. He has short black hair and brown eyes.
