Suspected drug dealer arrested twice in Mission, has silver bar and silver coins forfeited

MISSION – A suspected 30-year-old drug dealer in Mission has forfeited a silver bar and an e-scooter after Mission RCMP located evidence that he was involved in drug trafficking.

Mission RCMP Corporal Harrison Mohr says that on February 4, 2026, one of the detachment’s Crime Reduction Unit officers observed a man in multiple apparent drug transactions in the area of Logan Avenue. Crime Reduction Unit members are plainclothes officers who pursue various crime-reduction initiatives and go after prolific offenders.

Corporal Mohr says the man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, which led to the seizure of drugs, a drug scale, multiple silver coins and a silver bar. He says the man was released from custody at that time, as the quantity of drugs located was unlikely to support trafficking charges.

Less than two months later, another CRU officer spotted the same man involved in another apparent drug transaction, this time in the area of Lougheed Highway and Park Street. The alleged drug dealer was arrested again, resulting in the seizure of numerous pre-packaged baggies of suspected fentanyl, along with cash. The 30-year-old man was also observed to be conducting his activities using an e-scooter.
