Adult passes spanning 30 days will rise from $47 to $53.

Student passes spanning 30 days will increase from $40 to $45.

Senior passes for 30 days will remain unchanged at $35.

Semester passes of four months for students will increase from $128 to $144.

HandyDART single-ride passes increase by 25 cents to $2.50. Five HandyDART tickets will rise from $11.25 to $12.50.

Starting Sunday, September 6, schedule changes will be made to various routes in the FVRD, including Route 66 FVX.

Just two days later on Tuesday, Sept. 8, supplemental school trips on Route 51 Vedder will resume. Service will be seasonally discontinued on Route 56 Cultus Lake. Sunday service on Route 71 Agassiz-Harrison will also be discontinued.

BC Transit says BusReady offers educational resources, safety information, and practical trip-planning tools that help make the journey to and from school safer, easier and more comfortable for students. BC Transit also reminds customers that children 12 and under ride the bus for free, province-wide.
