CHILLIWACK — Police in Chilliwack are asking for the public’s help in finding a 13-year-old boy who has gone missing for the third time in 2026.

RCMP say Zayn Johnston was last seen boarding a bus in Chilliwack at roughly 9 a.m. on August 6.

He is described as 5’6” and 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Johnston was also last seen wearing black pants and a black hoodie.

While the boy is from Chilliwack, investigators believe he may currently be in the Langley area, where he is known to frequent.

“Despite extensive efforts by investigators and family members to locate him, he remains missing,” said RCMP. “Police and family are concerned for his well-being.”

Anyone who sees Johnston is urged not to approach him, and to contact their local police instead. You can call in information on his whereabouts to the Chilliwack RCMP at 604-792-4611 or remain anonymous through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).

Johnston previously went missing from Chilliwack in late February, was found, then was reported missing and found out of Langley between June and July.
