Chilliwack retail store to relocate across town

CHILLIWACK – A Chilliwack retail store offering Filipino and Asian groceries, money transfers, lending and more plans to relocate to the north side of town next month.

Pinas Store, a retail outlet located at 45638 Lark Road near A&W and Dairy Queen in Sardis, plans to relocate to 9132 Young Road near Young/First Avenue.

The store remains open as of Thursday, August 14, with store hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m Monday through Sunday, closed on stat holidays.

It will begin operating at its new location as of Tuesday, September 15.

The storefront location of 9132 Young Road is currently occupied by the Chilliwack Society for Community Living, also known by its new name of Inclusion Society Chilliwack.

A commercial real estate listing suggests 9132 Young Road is currently for lease. A listing from realtor.ca indicates 9132 Young Road contains 1,519 square feet of open concept retail/office space, surrounded by a tenant mix of pharmacy, fast cash, a vape store, a Chinese restaurant and a nail salon.
