CHILLIWACK – Construction has now begun on repaving a beat-up stretch of road that runs in front of the Chilliwack Coliseum and Townsend Park in Chilliwack.
The City of Chilliwack says paving on Wolfe Road from Dyke Road to Sunset Drive began yesterday (Wednesday, August 12) and will continue for another four days.
The city notified the public about the repaving yesterday on its social media page but continually limits the ability of the public to comment on its Facebook page.
Those four days are today, tomorrow (Friday, August 14) and into next week on Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 17-18 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
