Mission Mounties investingating a pair of stolen trucks

MISSION — Mission RCMP are looking for help to locate a pair of stolen pickups from rural areas east of Mission last week.
The first reported theft was on Sunday March 15. A truck that had been parked on the side of the road near Ridgeview Road in Hatzic went missing. The blue 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 was in the area of Cascade Falls when it was taken somewhere between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Then overnight, a white 2006 Ford-F350 was stolen from a property along Nicomen Island Trunk Road in Dewdney. The truck had a unique black front grill.
Mounties are hoping someone saw the vehicles or someone suspicious in the area and will report that information to Mission RCMP at 604 826-7161. They should quote file numbers 2026-3270 and 2026-3283.
