CHILLIWACK — A Vancouver dancer is sparking fire on the Chilliwack stage with a flamenco rendition of Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons”.
On Valentine’s Day, Karen Flamenco will be combining a live performance of the classical masterpiece with the rhythmic castanets and footwork of Spanish dance.
“Each season unfolds with vivid storytelling—Spring’s renewal, Summer’s heat, Autumn’s abundance, and Winter’s stark beauty— brought to life through percussive footwork, dramatic choreography, and rich musical textures,” the Chilliwack Cultural Centre wrote.
“The Four Seasons” heads onstage at 7:30 p.m. on February 14.
